Objective To study the regularity of motor nerve ending sproutings in rats with increasing age. 目的探讨大鼠运动神经末梢随年龄变化的规律,为同类研究提供正常参考。
Experimental results showed that the motor function of the muscles transplanted with nerve ending started to recover in two months after operation, and that the muscle power reached more than the 4th grading and electric irritation could induce muscle contraction at the 6th month after operation. 实验结果发现,实验后两个月埋置神经断端肌肉运动开始恢复,至6个月肌力达到4级以上,电刺激可诱发肌肉收缩反应。
